COVID-19

What are my COVID-19 guidelines?

I’m a solo practitioner. I received 2 doses of the Pfizer vaccine in January and February, 2021 and a booster in October, 2021.

My office follows the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary office space. These includes:

  • If you’re presenting symptoms of fatigue, respiratory difficulty, fever, sweating, loss of taste or smell; have been exposed to another person who is a positive or suspected COVID-19 carrier during the past week; or generally feel sick before your appointment, please cancel your appointment. We will reschedule it without a charge.

  • To learn more about testing and vaccinations, visit COVID 19 Information for San Luis Obispo County.

  • If you’re in a high-risk category or simply not comfortable with direct contact, let’s set up a telehealth appointment so that you can get started on getting better.

  • If I know I’ve been exposed, I’ll reach out to reschedule your upcoming visit to the soonest possible date.

  • Please bring and wear a face mask throughout your appointment. The mask needs to cover your mouth and nose. I’ll be wearing a mask throughout each session.

  • I’ll clean in between patients in accordance with CDC guidelines.

  • If you want to bring anyone else with you to your appointment, they’ll need to follow the same COVID precautions that we do, including wearing a mask.
